Guide To Tanning Your Back | Man Tan For Men

We’ve all heard how hard it can be tanning your back, especially when your partner isn’t there to help! Or you just simply live by yourself. Luckily, we’ve created a new back applicator and a new helpful guide that contains MAN TAN’s expert tips and tricks on how to tan your back drama free! So no more dislocated shoulders when trying to tan those hard to reach places!

Prepare Today for Tomorrow

Before using AminoTan, Shower and use our exfoliator mitt to remove any flaky dead skin, spending a little extra time on those areas that tend to be dry (like elbows and knees) will ensure you get the best results. 

Start with a small amount of product

We recommended using a small amount of AminoTan to start with and then gradually adding more. This way you can ensure that you can apply an even amount and therefore achieve an even tan.

Having the right accessories to apply AminoTan will make all the difference. Our custom designed Back Applicator makes tanning your back effortless and will help you to reach those difficult areas. You’ll be tanning your back injury free in no time! 

To use, simply extend the handle back until it locks into place, apply your AminoTan to the pad side of the applicator and start to apply the tan. If you don’t have a back applicator (Rookie Mistake!), make sure you use a tanning mitt rather than your hands as this will make the application much easier and streak free and without colouring your hands.

Start from the middle and blend out

For an even, streak and blotch free tan, start at the centre of your back and slowly move outwards and side to side using long vertical strokes. This will ensure a smooth, even tan every time! 

Step 1

Extend the handle until Back Applicator locks into place.

Step 2

Apply desired amount of Amino Tan lotion or foam to either side of the back applicator

Step 3

Start at the centre of the back and slowly move outwards using long vertical strokes to ensure a beautiful, streak free tan.
