What should I do if I have received the incorrect product or it's faulty?

Oh no! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and don’t dispose of the product, so we can assess your claim.

Have you changed your mind or aren't satisfied with our products?

Sorry to hear. We'd love to hear why you've changed your mind or aren't 100% satisfied so that we can grow and improve. This is why we have a 14 day no risk guarantee, and want to do everything in our power to ensure you have the best experience possible.

 

For all returns, please follow the below steps:

  • Email customer support customersupport@mantan.store and our friendly team will assist you :)
  • Ensure 'Returned Items' is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.
  • Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
  • Send a follow up email with your tracking information to customersupport@mantan.store

Please note that you'll have to cover the cost of all returns unless they're faulty or incorrect.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order, and customer support must be contacted prior to returning your order.
  • Please make sure all return items are returned in the original packaging, and is well sealed, so as not to be damaged in transit.
  • The order name and number must be clearly visible, if not, a printed receipt must be included in the returns order.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, and provide tracking information to customer support in a follow up email.
  • MAN TAN is not responsible for the return shipping costs of any item(s).
  • A refund will be issued once the return order has been received. You will be notified via email directly by our customer support team.
